Comments made by members of the public and other stakeholders will be collated from feedback forms. All written feedback will be anonymised and shared with the local planning authorities, the Vale of White Horse District Council and South Oxfordshire District Council, and will be included in a Statement of Community Engagement as part of the application.

With the planning applications being submitted in January, Willow Developments LLC asks that comments should be made by 19 March 2021. Once, the planning application will be registered and validated by both local authorities, it will be the subject of a seperate consultation process by the councils.
